Caring for you during your Pregnancy/Birth

This is what you can expect from me!

Pregnancy

• 2 in person visits before birth during pregnancy.

• Unlimited Phone calls.

• Positions to prepare you for birth.

• Resource list.

Birth/Labor

• No matter the time call me if you think you have started labor.

• We will decide together when I should come, and either meet at your home or hospital.  

• Help make sure you get all the information you need to make informed decisions. 

• Encouraging words. 

• New positions to help you continue labor and get your baby into a good spot.

• Massages: foot, hand, back.

• Continuous support throughout the whole labor and birth.

• Laboring tools ie. birthing ball, robozo, distractions ect.

• Hand to hold, Ear to hear.

• New techniques. 

Post-Partum

• At least 1 visit post partum.

• 1 zoom. 

• Unlimited calls.

What I Don't Do

• Perform clinical tasks.

• Make decisions for you.
